Lasal Dental Cushions are designed for stabilisation in the dental chair of patients with physical or mental sensitivities or impairments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The dental cushion range consists of\u00a0 at least 12 different cushion shapes designed to support either the head, neck and shoulder region as well as the arms, legs and feet.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>The cushions are used individually or in combination(s) with each other.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The dental cushions are filled with small polystyrene balls and covered with a flexible and sealed fabric cover.<\/span><\/span> This combination means that the cushions shape themselves individually according to the user’s needs and the dental chair.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Lasal cushions were developed in collaboration with dental professionals at the special Mun-H Center Gothenburg<\/a>, Sweden.<\/span><\/span> The development included cushion shaping, filling and key fabric finishes to allow for skin contact, especially in a dental positioning environment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The intention of the cushions is to provide a calming effect without the patient feeling trapped, while providing stabilisation, comfort and security for both children, adolescents and adults.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

For the dentist, the cushions are an easy and useful tool making dental work easier, and operationally comfortable for the the patient.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to general cleaning, the Lasal dental chair cushions do not require any special maintenance.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Lasal recommend the dental cushions should be stored dry and at normal room temperature.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is recommended to check the cushion cover options – for dental work in area around the head and upper body, the dental cushions can be used without a cover, but to extend the life of the dental cushions, Lasal recommend using with the removable hygiene cover in PU-coated polyester.<\/span><\/span> The hygienic cover is smooth, easy to wipe clean and can be washed at 95\u00b0 C and tumble dried.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Dental cushions for the seat, legs and feet are sold with hygienic covers or ECO covers in skin-friendly single jersey.<\/span><\/span> ECO covers are absorbent and less slippery.<\/span><\/span> They are used where there is no need to wipe down with alcohol, but can be washed at 60\u00b0 C and tumble dried at low heat.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
