If we are unable to supply goods to you for any reason, we will inform you of the situation and offer to refund any monies paid. We will not compensate you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply goods.<\/p><p>4. Guarantee<\/p><p>A standard 12 month guarantee from the Manufacturer applies to all NEW items, unless otherwise stated to be longer.<\/p><p>5. Description<\/p><p>Every care is taken to ensure illustrations and descriptions on our website are accurate and informative. Delivery<\/p><p>Prices shown are for delivery to mainland UK addresses. ENdynamics endeavour to ensure items are received promptly and in good condition. Delivery cost and delivery times may vary according to the product quantity and carrier used.<\/p><p>Our minimum shipping cost is \u00a318.00 per Order excluding VAT.<\/p><p>* Important: If an item is damaged in transit:<\/p><p>Do not accept the parcel &#8211; or &#8211; confirm the damage when signing the receipt for the carrier. If you have already accepted the parcel and it is obviously damaged in the transit, please follow these instructions:<br \/>&#8211; take a photograph of the damaged item before opening it<br \/>&#8211; open the item so that the damage is still visible<br \/>&#8211; keep all the evidence showing the damage, such as broken packaging<br \/>&#8211; inform us immediately if you wish to make a claim.<\/p><p>7. Orders<\/p><p>All orders made on Monday to Friday for stocked items will normally be despatched within 24 hours or next working day.<\/p><p>With regards to GDPR, Order details, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, must be kept for 5 years and then destroyed.<\/p><p>8. Prices<\/p><p>Only prices in force at the time of ordering will be charged. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, both including and excluding VAT \u2013 see note 9. You are required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.<\/p><p>9. See the Legal Notice on this site &#8211; Clause 7.<\/p><p>Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. ENdynamics charge a minimum \u00a332.00 for return parcel carrier collection, subject to size. Pallet collections from \u00a385 per pallet. The buyer can make their own delivery arrangements. All returns are inspected before credit issued.<\/p><p>All products for return under the Manufacturer&#8217;s Warranty must be returned to DentalCushions.com, Bolton BL4 7EU address.<\/p><p>13. Complaints<\/p><p>To formally complain, you should write to the Customer Service Manager. The complaint will be quickly acknowledged and we aim to resolve within five working days. We will aim to provide regular feedback until resolved.<\/p><p>14. Third Party Communications. We will never knowingly pass your email address or any of your personal details on to any other companies without your express permission.<\/p><p>15.
