ENdynamics Ltd., as DentalCushions.com, will offer a refund, provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows 14 days to cancel an order but we offer a 30 days No Quibble Guarantee for product returns.

There are certain circumstances where returns may not be possible, please read the information below;

ENdynamics have a 30 day No Quibble Guarantee as long as the Dental Cushion is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, and within 30 calendar days of receipt. 

When returning an order to ENdynamics please be aware that you will need to both pay for, and be responsible for, the Dental Cushion return. ENdynamics recommend that you take out a tracked, insured return. 

If a product has arrived damaged or a wrong cushion sent, please call us immediately you receive it so we can address issues with our Couriers. It means we can do something about it quickly. 

We will require proof of damage and, where possible, including an image, and the specific delivery detail. 

A refund or replacement is sent once we have received the returned Dental Cushion.

In the unlikely event of a product developing a fault, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. If within warranty, a replacement will be sent once ENdynamics have confirmed the fault.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund within 14 days. ENdynamics offer a 30 day No Quibble Guarantee.

** Please note you cannot return the following for health and hygiene reasons:

• Dental Cushions if unsealed after delivery.
• Any “used” or potentially used products that could be a hygiene risk.
• Any product made to order, bespoke or personalised to a customer specification, cannot be returned.

We request you to provide details of the Dental Cushion and delivery reference number to ENdynamics.

You are responsible for any returned Dental Cushion until they arrive at ENdynamics. We advise proof of postage is obtained when returning any Dental Cushion to us.

Where possible, ENdynamics refund monies to the original paying account.

None of these Terms or Conditions affect your statutory legal rights.
